Small bowel metastases due to lung cancer are extremely rare and predominantly cause intestinal obstruction, perforation gastrointestinal bleeding. We report the case of a 51-year-old man diagnosed with pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma which an ileal mass was subsequently removed found be compatible localization carcinoma.
